Pantaflix and castLabs Power Secure Screenings For Sixty-Seventh Deutscher Filmpreis
Berlin, April 18, 2017 – castLabs, a digital video technology and services company, has today announced a partnership with pantaflix.com, the innovative Video-on-Demand (VOD) platform launched by PANTALEON Entertainment AG, to provide the Deutscher Filmpreis with secure multi-device video playback of 2017’s nominated films.
The Deutscher Filmpreis is Germany’s most prestigious cultural award ceremony honouring cinematic achievements in the German film industry. Now in its sixty-seventh year, the ceremony will take place on April 28th in Berlin, Germany.
Exclusively appointed by Deutschen Filmakademie to securely provide academy members with the pre-selection nominated films for review over the Internet, pantaflix.com sought proven video delivery solutions for multi-device, video playback in 5.1 quality sound and HD stream quality.
